Your counterparts are the real one who manipulate the machine, so they know exactly the pros and cons. Estimation from them is more believable and dependable than that from sales representatives. Bring the applicable materials to the sales location and trying each function with your materials. You will learn directly whether it is the machine meeting your requirements.

Many feel annoyed when machines are broken within one month or half a year. The warranty term varies from sellers to sellers. Machines sold by Heng Seng enjoy the free maintenance services and part changing within one year, excluding the man-made causes. 7.You get what you pay

Example 2: Why there is price difference ranging form thousands to tens thousands for the same machine?
Why there is one time price difference for the same motor? Because one is 1 HP and the other is 2 HP. Heng Seng adopts servo motor made by Japan Mitsubishi. The reason we choose Mitsubishi's motor is the stability is much better than the others, though the prices is higher. But, in the long term, it's a good deal for the unstable motor performance makes production line stop and go, increasing costs and ruining company credibility. 

Example 3: Same parts and different materials make influence on the machine prices and performance. The prices, hardness and duration of a cutter made of high speed steel and SKD11 are different from the others.

An used machine sold at high prices guarantees its superiority and durability.

In addition to the instructions on the manual, you have to pay attention to the following tips:
     
1.Knowing the rules of importing and exporting and preparing the related documents. (especially export to China)
2.Make sure the voltage of the area you will install the machine.
3.Make inspection before exporting and dispatch people to the sellers to learn how to operate and maintain, especially when it is exported to Southeast and Mainland China.
4.According to the rules made by China, it is not allowed to import used machines and only new machines are permitted. Please pay attention to the regulation to avoid ignorance that causes damages.
